Please read these terms carefully before using LinkMyBiz.
LinkMyBiz is a directory and networking platform that lets users post and browse business opportunities, listings, startup fundraising profiles, investor profiles, and export/import trade listings. LinkMyBiz does not itself broker, guarantee, underwrite, or participate in any deal, investment, franchise, sale, or transaction between users — it only provides the space for users to find and contact each other.
You must provide accurate information when creating your profile and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. You must be at least 18 years old to use LinkMyBiz.
Everything you post — business opportunities, listings, startup profiles, investor profiles, applications, messages, comments, and any files or photos you upload — is your own content and your own responsibility. You confirm you have the right to post it and that it does not infringe on anyone else's rights, contain false or misleading claims, or violate any law. LinkMyBiz may remove content that violates these terms without notice.
Your phone number and email are never shown to other users by default. You control this yourself in Settings via two independent switches — Allow Calls and Allow Emails — each off until you turn it on. Certain actions (such as being selected for an interview on an application) reveal contact details to that specific other party as part of the normal use of the app, regardless of your general Settings toggles, since that is a deliberate mutual step you take.
Any business opportunity, franchise, dealership, sale, investment, export/import arrangement, or other transaction you enter into with another user is strictly between you and that user. LinkMyBiz is not a party to it, does not verify the accuracy of what any user posts, and is not liable for any loss, dispute, misrepresentation, or damage arising from your dealings with another user. Do your own due diligence before entering into any agreement.
You agree not to use LinkMyBiz to post spam, fraudulent listings, harassing messages, or content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringing. You agree not to attempt to circumvent the app's security, scrape data at scale, or interfere with other users' use of the app. Violating this may result in your account being suspended or deactivated.
You may deactivate your account at any time from Settings. This signs you out, clears your name, contact details and photo from view, and disables your contact toggles. Saving your profile again afterward reactivates your account. Deactivating does not remove postings or messages already shared with other users prior to deactivation.
These terms may be updated from time to time as the app evolves. Continuing to use LinkMyBiz after an update means you accept the revised terms.
